Garrett Schlichte is a writer and chef living in San Francisco. He competed on season 1 of America’s Test Kitchen: The Next Generation. Schlichte wrote the “Love, Us” column for Conde Nast’s THEM, and currently writes the “Fire the Menu” column for SF Eater.
