Margaret Bendroth is a scholar of American religion and the author of several books, including The Spiritual Practice of Remembering and Fundamentalism and Gender, 1875 to the Present. She was the executive director of the Congregational Library and Archives from 2004 to 2020 and president of the American Society of Church History in 2015.
