Processing Your Order

After placing your online order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been successfully placed. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after it has been submitted. For example, an order placed on Monday will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. An order placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed before noon will often ship the same day, depending on the amount of orders the warehouse has received. After your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive a 2nd confirmation email, which will include the tracking # of your package.

Shipping Your Order

Beacon Press proudly offers free shipping on all orders placed in the continental United States via USPS Media Mail. In addition to our free standard shipping we also offer the following options:

UPS Ground	FREE for orders of 3 or more books. $5.00 charge for orders of 1-2 books.	3-6 business days
UPS 2-Day	$12.00 for the 1st book, plus $1.50 per additional book	2-3 business days
UPS Next Day	$18.00 for the 1st book, plus $3.00 per additional book	Orders placed before noon EST, delivered next day. Orders placed after noon EST, 2 day delivery. Note: No PO boxes.

Orders being shipped to Alaska , Hawaii, US Territories and Dependencies (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces, etc.) have the following options:

UPS Ground	$15.00 for the 1st book, $3.00 for each additional book
UPS Express	$35.00 for the 1st book, $4.00 for each additional book.

Orders being shipped to Canada have the following options:

Express Delivery	$14.00 for the 1st book, $4.00 for each additional book

Returns

Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. If an item does not live up to your expectations, return it in good condition with your invoice or packing slip within 30 days for a full credit for the cost of the book(s) to:
